Leigh Jasper established the Jasper Foundation, a private ancillary fund, to put structure around his gifts to Australian charities. He is a director of Impact Obesity, a not-for-profit organisation with a goal to help people living with obesity to access person-centred, multidisciplinary support to enhance their health and well-being. Leigh has previously sat on the board of the Burnet Institute, an Australian medical institute that combines medical research in the laboratory and the field, with public health action to address major health issues affecting disadvantaged communities in Australia, and internationally.

Leigh previously co-founded Aconex, the world’s most widely used cloud collaboration platform for managing construction projects. As CEO, he led Aconex through multiple capital raisings, to an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2014 and company sale to Oracle Ltd for $1.6bn in 2018. He is now CEO of Saniel Ventures, Chair of SecondQuarter and Co-Founder of Firmable.

“We’ve had good fortune in building businesses, allowing us to give back through our charitable giving as a way to assist fellow Australians and nurture new social initiatives. Using the PAF structure helps us sustain our giving efforts.”
